Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room that fits everyone and a 500 m² garden. The Old Town is ten minutes away on foot, and the public garage one minute.
In Dubrovnik a group of ten has two options: split up across three or four apartments, often on different streets, or find one of the few houses that keep everyone under the same roof. Villa LadyM is one of them: it is always rented whole, never by the room.
That means one key, one kitchen, one table. And nobody who has to cross town at night to get back to their own apartment.
There are four bedrooms, all air-conditioned, and three bathrooms on the same floors as the bedrooms. The owner is a violinist, so the rooms have musical names: Adagio, the master bedroom and the largest; Andante, modern and pared-back; Allegro, bright, in shades of blue; Vivace, designed for the younger ones.
The house is comfortable for eight and sleeps up to ten. If you are nine or ten, tell us how your group is made up (couples, children, friends) and we will tell you exactly how the beds work out, before you book.
The heart of the house is the living room: large, with a fireplace and a piano, next to the dining room and a proper kitchen with an island. It is the space an apartment never has: the one where ten people can all sit down together.

Outside there are 500 m² of Mediterranean garden, with a stone barbecue, a gazebo with a table for eating outdoors and a terrace in the shade of the pergola. Almost every evening ends there.

The price is for the whole house, not per person: €570 a night from 1 August to 9 September, €470 from 10 to 30 September, €370 in October. For the other months the price is on request.
The price includes cleaning, linen, Wi-Fi, water and electricity. The minimum stay is three nights, two in October. Booking directly on this website, without going through the portals, saves you 15%.
A group almost always arrives in two cars or by transfer from the airport, which is 20 km away, about half an hour. One minute's walk from the house, almost directly opposite, there is a large paid public garage, with spaces even in August. In Dubrovnik the centre is pedestrian and parking is very scarce: knowing where the cars go changes the holiday.
The Old Town is about 1 km away: ten minutes on foot downhill to Pile Gate, twenty back up, three minutes by car.
Better to say it up front. From the terrace you glimpse the sea through the trees: this is not a house with a panoramic view of the Adriatic. We are not inside the walls, and the way back from the Old Town is uphill. The bedrooms are on the upper floors, so there are stairs. And there is no pool: there is a large, shady garden.
If what you are after is space, quiet, a garden, everyone under one roof and the Old Town within walking distance, it is hard to do better in Dubrovnik.
No. The villa is always rented whole, to one group at a time.
Yes. The garden gives children the space the city lacks, and the living room keeps grandparents, parents and teenagers together. The bedrooms are on the upper floors: if someone in your group finds stairs difficult, tell us when you write.
